Communication

How can I communicate with the Vienna Nursing TEam safely?

After an inital call we use the Skred App.

Skred is the first secured messaging app allowing total freedom: you don’t need any email address or phone number to use it.

It is open because you can start messaging without giving up your mobile number or email address.

Skred is open to all. No subscription is necessary, there’s no operator, no SIM card and no tracking.

Organization

Some services require a doctor’s order – what does that mean?

Some services require a written medical order in advance — including infusions, vaccinations, blood tests and comparable procedures. During a brief initial conversation, we will discuss your needs and take care of all necessary legal requirements on your behalf.

What qualifications does the Wiener Pflege Team have?

Our nursing professionals have many years of clinical experience and regularly continue their professional development. They also hold a variety of additional specialist qualifications.

Do you also visit clients at their workplace or in hotels?

Of course. We are convinced that healthcare services must adapt to your daily routine. Therefore, we will provide our services wherever you currently are.

Appointments

How quickly can I arrange an appointment?

We endeavour to provide appointments at the earliest opportunity — in certain cases, this may be on the very same day.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please give us a call if you need to cancel. We will do our best to arrange an alternative appointment so that no cancellation fees apply.

Below you will find our cancellation policy:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: free of charge

Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 20% of the scheduled service

Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the scheduled service

Cancellation less than 12 hours before the appointment or failure to attend: 100% of the scheduled service

Will I need to have anything ready, such as a towel or table?

No. While having a table can be helpful for certain services, our nursing team is able to work in any setting.

What happens if your appointment is running late?

This is not an issue. Our team makes sure to arrive in the vicinity at least 15 minutes before the appointment, so any potential delays do not cause a late start.

How long does a typical appointment usually take?

The duration varies. Infusions usually take 30 to 60 minutes, while a dressing change can take 10 to 45 minutes, depending on the task.

Payments & Billing

How are your services billed and paid for?

We accept cash payments, bank transfers, and all major card payments on site (tap to pay).

After the service has been provided, you will receive an invoice containing all necessary details.

Will my health insurance cover these costs?

No. All costs are to be paid privately. Some private health insurance plans may reimburse part of the expenses.

Will I be provided with a detailed, medically accurate service report for my insurance claim?

Absolutely. Each invoice provides a comprehensive and medically accurate summary of the services rendered, suitable for submission to your insurance provider.

Do you offer flat-rate options or hourly packages?

We offer both tailored packages and hourly arrangements. In most cases, the packages fully cover your needs, with additional hours available at any time for maximum flexibility.
