Are your services covered by my health insurance?

No. Our services are not covered by public health insurance. Please check with your private health insurance provider to see if any costs can be reimbursed. Or let us take care of it.

How does the monthly payment work?

We use payrexx as a tool to get recurring payments. It is a swiss company and known for it`s safety. You can cancel the monthly payment anytime!

Can you help me with paperwork for insurance claims?

Sure. We handle the communication for you.

How discreet is the service – will my data be treated confidentially?

We do not store your data, such as address or phone number, on our website; it is kept securely on external storage. Your information is never shared with third parties.

What are your cancellation policies?

Please let us know as soon as possible when you want to cancel your monthly package. You can cancel on a monthly basis.

Some services require a medical prescription - What does this mean?

Some services are legally required to be prescribed by your doctor. This means there must be a written order specifying dosage, intervals, timing, etc., before, for example, an infusion can be administered or blood drawn.

We can clarify the details in a personal conversation and handle the necessary communication on your behalf.
