Fluid Replacement / Hydration: Treatment of dehydration and electrolyte imbalances with sodium, potassium, magnesium, and glucose solutions.

Vitamin and Mineral Infusions: Correcting deficiencies, supporting the immune system, and boosting energy. Additives: Vitamin C, B vitamins (B1, B6, B12), magnesium, calcium.

Nutrient / Parenteral Nutrition Infusions: Used when food intake is insufficient or digestion is impaired. Components include amino acids, glucose, lipids, electrolytes, and trace elements.

Medication Infusions: Treatment of conditions requiring intravenous administration. Additives include antibiotics, painkillers/analgesics, chemotherapy, and immunosuppressants.

Special Infusions: Support for specific therapies or chronic conditions. Examples include high-dose vitamin or antioxidant infusions, infusions for migraine prevention, and infusions to strengthen circulation or the immune system.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We try to accommodate all appointment requests. It’s best to contact us as soon as your surgery date is known.

How can I book or cancel an appointment?

It’s best to book an appointment by phone, as we can quickly clarify the details.

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please give us a call if you need to cancel. We will do our best to arrange an alternative appointment so that no cancellation fees apply.

Below you will find our cancellation policy:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: free of charge

Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 20% of the scheduled service

Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the scheduled service

Cancellation less than 12 hours before the appointment or failure to attend: 100% of the scheduled service

Are your services covered by my health insurance?

No. Our services are not covered by public health insurance. Please check with your private health insurance provider to see if any costs can be reimbursed.

How long does an infusion therapy session take?

It depends on the type of infusion. Typically, however, it takes no longer than 45 minutes.

Who monitors the IV Therapy?

The qualified nurse administering your infusion monitors it throughout the session.

Is the IV Therapy safe?

Yes. Rare side effects (such as allergic reactions, warmth, itching, etc.) are immediately recognised by our team, and the infusion is stopped at once. Otherwise, infusions in the home setting are very safe.
